Mom made some pickled beets! Relena had supper with us tonight (I made potato soup--yum!) and when she jabbed her beet it looked like this! You had to be there-- it was too funny! Ernie says it looks like an Alien.

You know, beets are scary to alot of folks - but not me, I love them! It does look like an alien face with a fork mouth!
